I enjoyed the spacious room with its nice balcony overlooking the pool. although I found the dining options lacking in variety. The hotel is located close to the bustling streets of Siem Reap, making it easy to explore the area. yet the service was a bit disappointing at times.

My room was spacious and clean with a full bath and separate shower. but I had issues with the comforter being too thick, making it uncomfortable at night.

While some staff members were friendly and helpful, there were moments when they seemed disinterested or rude. and I had to deal with multiple issues during my stay which made things frustrating.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to many restaurants and a short tuk tuk ride to Pub Street. it truly felt like an escape from the vibrant streets of Siem Reap.

The dining experience left much to be desired; the buffet was forgettable and lacked a good mix of options. especially since many meals catered mainly to Chinese tastes.

The pool area was beautiful and provided a lovely respite from the hustle and bustle. but the other facilities, like the sauna and jacuzzi, had issues.

I had a decent stay at Prince Angkor Hotel & Spa, where the location was a big perk, allowing easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were generally friendly, but some service aspects left much to be desired. My room was comfortable enough, though a bit dark, and the air conditioning was quite noisy. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some positives and several areas that could definitely use improvement.

My room featured dark wood paneling, giving it a somewhat bleak appearance. It was spacious and had a nice view of the pool from the balcony, but I noticed a cigarette smell that didn’t fade even after moving a mosquito coil outside. The air conditioning made a loud noise upon starting, which was unsettling as well.
Service
6.0
While many staff members were kind and helpful, there were times when they seemed disinterested. There were issues like the hotel phones not functioning, which made communication with the front desk frustrating. I appreciated the offer of a complimentary massage after I raised my concerns, but the follow-up service felt lacking at times.
Location

The location was one of the hotel's best features, being conveniently close to the bustling market and restaurants. I found it easy to get around with a tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat, making it a great base for exploring. However, the atmosphere was somewhat diminished during the off-season.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was included, but options were limited, particularly for cereals and fresh selections. I noticed the food catered largely to Chinese tastes, which might not suit everyone. The lunch I had at the hotel felt a bit stale, especially compared to local dining options just outside the hotel.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has various amenities, but several were underwhelming, such as the maintenance of the jacuzzi and sauna. The common areas showed signs of neglect, with some random items near the pool. However, the pool itself was a pleasant spot to relax.

The hotel's location is fantastic. it's close to cafes, markets, and the famous Pub Street, yet it remains quiet enough to enjoy some peace.

While the breakfast had a decent selection, it tended to cater more towards Chinese tastes, which left limited choices for those preferring Western options. There were also some cleanliness concerns during my meals.

The pool area was lovely and provided a relaxing oasis, although it did get closed for events at times. The overall facilities were decent, but the noise from private functions disrupted the atmosphere.

My stay at the Prince Angkor Hotel & Spa was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the pool area, the dining options felt somewhat limited and geared mainly towards large tour groups. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made up for some shortcomings. Overall, it's a decent option, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

The hotel's location is quite practical, situated near supermarkets and only a short walk to the nightlife at Pub Street. This was a major plus during my stay.

Dining options were limited and primarily catered to Asian tastes. Although breakfast was plentiful, it often felt overcrowded with tour groups, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful meal.

Facilities included a nice pool area, which I enjoyed, though dinner in the hotel restaurant was a bit lackluster as I was often alone there. The air conditioning, however, could use some maintenance.
